Cezerye with Peanut
Cezerye mortar is boiled for a certain time in boilers. Later, the most beautiful peanuts grown in Osmaniye are added to the mixture. After boiling for a while, it is taken to pasa to rest. After the Cezerye mortar is rested, its final form is obtained with special cutting machines. After the Cezerye surface is covered with Coconut, it is carefully packaged and served.
