Wick Pasha Turkish Delight with Pistachio
Pre-prepared delight mortar is boiled in lokum boilers. Pistachio is added during boiling and after it is boiled for a while, it is taken into pasa to rest. Later, the delight dough is kneaded on the delight counter with skilled hands in a long wick shape. The kneaded delight is covered with powdered sugar and then cut in the previously determined dimensions in the Turkish Delight cutting machines. It is carefully packed according to its weight and shipped.
