Bandırma with Walnut Covered with Coconut
Bandırma mortar is boiled for a certain time in Turkish Delight boilers. On the other hand, walnuts obtained from Anatolia and strung on a rope are dipped in bandırma mortar and their surfaces are covered. Then, necessary applications are made in the coating department to cover the surfaces with Coconut. Then the stringed walnut bandırma strings are suspended from their ropes and left to cool. The cooled bandırma is cut and packaged to be suitable for boxing.
