Bandırma with Extra Walnut
Similar to the procedures applied in the walnut bandırma procedure, the bandırma mortar is boiled in boilers. Before the boiling bandırma mortar reaches a sufficient consistency, plenty of walnuts, which we call extra walnuts, are added to the mixture. The bandırma mortar, which is rested in the pasa to cool, is opened on the bench with the help of a special roller and gained its unique form in the cutting machine. Later, powdered sugar is added and packaged to be shipped to BAHTİYAR DOĞAN customers.
